5x - Research Candidate Evaluation System

The ReCES 5x
application suite is an application set that integrates with your EMR system
and is designed to perform real-time encounter based evaluations of research
study qualification parameters to aid in the identification of potential
clinical trial research participants
and leverage your EMR/EHR system for clinical trial recruitment.
ReCES 5x v2.6 is in general release.

CareSentry 5x - Quality Care Monitoring System
- The CareSentry 5x is an integrated quality care monitoring system
designed to help identify patients that have not been diagnosed but may be
at risk for specific conditions based on evaluation of their EMR data
against a set of risk profile data points. CareSentry displays and
alert to the provider indicating that further investigation may be required.
Patients already diagnosed with the defined profiles are included in on a watch list
and a care plan is initiated
in the EMR from CareSentry. The patient is monitored on subsequent visits
to insure that required data in the EMR is documented and scheduled labs or
procedures that are due have been ordered. Additional capabilities
include the addition of insurance specific parameters and required
documentation based on the visit level insurance. These additional
parameters are appended to the profile to insure accurate and complete data
collection for Pay-for-Performance monitoring.

Olive Branch Family Medical Center (OBFMC) located in Olive Branch Mississippi.
We have been involved with development, implementation and maintenance of the
NextGen® EMR/EPM systems since 2001.
